Job DescriptionThe Northern Australian Conference is seeking a dedicated **Tuckshop Co-ordinator** to join our team in **Mackay**.
This position falls under the **School Support** department and is categorised as a **Fixed Term Part-Time** role.
As the Tuckshop Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the school tuckshop, ensuring the provision of healthy and appealing food options to students and staff.
Your main tasks will include:
Managing inventory and ordering stock to maintain adequate supplies of food and beverages.Developing menus that align with nutritional guidelines and cater to diverse dietary requirements.Supervising tuckshop staff, including recruitment, training, and roster management.Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the tuckshop area, adhering to health and safety regulations.Collaborating with school administration and parents' groups to gather feedback and implement improvements.Handling financial transactions, recording sales, and managing cash handling procedures.The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for promoting healthy eating habits among students.
