Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail outlets in Northern Queensland. We have a Retail Assistant Manager position available at our service stations in Brinsmead.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys motivating and inspiring others and has a passion for high level customer service and personalising the shopping experience. It is essential that you are available to work across store trading hours, including weekends and that you have experience in safe handling and preparation of take away food. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.
As aRetail Assistant Manager you take pride in the success and presentation of your site and have a great attention to detail. You will be required to assist the Site Manager in all daily operations of the site, which includes;
Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs Staff rostering, mentoring and training Food preparation and handling Volume cash handling and reconciliations Providing exceptional customer service and operating the console Merchandising, marketing and stock management - receipting inward goods, lifting, restocking and layout variations Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to and followed The Successful Applicant:
