The role You'll undertake a range of tasks, assisting the Operations Manager with transport coordination/allocation, including:
Responding to phone and email inquiries/bookingsCreating local and interstate bookings, using our software systemBooking vehicle servicing, maintenance, and COI bookingsProcessing maintenance request forms and ensuring paperwork/systems are up to dateLearning the process of transport allocationLiaising with customers, drivers, and other stakeholdersData entryGeneral office duties as requiredWhat are we looking for Previous experience with transport/logistics preferred, with a genuine desire to grow and develop in the industryData entry/software systems experienceAbility to input and maintain accurate, timely data and informationConfidence dealing with issues that arise, quickly and calmlyAbility to understand, follow, and adhere to processes, systems, and regulationsGreat communication skills, professional and friendly customer service approachExcellent time management and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and a commitment to your training and developmentWhy join us Exciting opportunity to build a career in the industry!Development opportunities for the right personLocal family-owned and operated businessApply today if you'd like to be part of our team.
