Transport Administrative Assistant

The role You'll undertake a range of tasks, assisting the Operations Manager with transport coordination/allocation, including:
Responding to phone and email enquiries/bookingsCreating local and interstate bookings, using our software systemBooking vehicle servicing, maintenance and COI bookingsProcessing maintenance request forms and ensuring paperwork/systems are up to dateLearning the process of transport allocationLiaising with customers, drivers and other stakeholdersData entryGeneral office duties as requiredWhat are we looking for Previous experience with transport/logistics preferred, with a genuine desire to grow and develop in the industryData entry/software systems experienceAbility to input and maintain accurate, timely data and informationConfidence dealing with issues that arise, quickly and calmlyAbility to understand, follow and adhere to processes, systems and regulationsGreat communication skills, professional and friendly customer service approachExcellent time management and organisational skillsWillingness to learn and a commitment to your training and development Apply today if you'd like to be part of our team.
