About the Opportunity As the Transcriptions Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Transcription Operations team, offering both strategic guidance and project support.
You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Documentation Operations Director, Team Leaders, and Medical Transcriptionists to drive improvements in productivity, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring staffing levels align with operational needs.Workload Monitoring: Regularly review team workloads and collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure timely file delivery.Workflow Optimisation: Assess and improve workflows, recommending key initiatives to enhance efficiency.Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all processes are in place.Quality Compliance: Partner with the Quality Assurance Team Leader to maintain compliance standards.Client Complaint Management: Investigate and resolve client complaints, coordinating with Team Leaders.About You: Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What You'll Bring to iMedX: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or equivalent.Minimum 3+ years in a similar role.Ability to work independently and lead a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.Why Join iMedX?
