This is achieved through leading a team of Project Managers to effectively oversee the full life cycle of social and affordable housing projects to meet departmental objectives including:Researching, preparing and executing programs and plans within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.Preparing and managing tender and evaluation processes.Leading negotiations with successful proponents and the execution of contractual documents.Leading the monitoring and evaluation of contracted projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.A strong delivery focus, working with project managers, multidisciplinary teams, and community housing organisations to resolve funded project challenges so new homes are delivered on time and within budget.Please open the position description to read more.COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances.
