Job DescriptionYour New Role Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager will partner with the organisation to provide commercial and financial management services for a portfolio of projects, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives while balancing responsibilities from corporate, finance, and business unit perspectives.
Partner with development teams to prepare and review plans, forecasts, and budgets at both divisional and project levels for Corporate Planning and Investment Committee Papers.Stakeholder Management on financial and commercial outcomes.Develop financial models and strategies, offering decision support and analysis, contributing to planning and forecasting, and providing essential input into project outcomes and decisions.Report changes to approved financial plans, forecasts, and budgets promptly to enable effective overall risk and opportunity management.Develop project feasibility and financial models to facilitate scenario analysis, pricing strategies, procurement, and strategic decisions.Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development and finance teams to achieve strategic outcomes.Offer Market Commercial Insights and stay updated on industry timing, costing, and trends.Actively manage risks by systematically identifying, analysing, evaluating, and treating risks that may impact project objectives.If you are a seasoned Commercial Manager ready to make a significant impact within the Victorian community by combining your financial expertise with strategic influence and partnership skills, we invite you to apply.6-month contract with potential for extension or permanency. Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You Education
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.Experience
