About the role:
The Buy It Right Training and Support Officer is responsible for training and supporting retail pharmacy staff on the use of Buy It Right to achieve improved product stock profile, working capital savings, and resource efficiencies in the store.
Role & Responsibilities: Train staff on the proper use of Buy It Right and how it works with the pharmacy point-of-sale system. Be competent in the pharmacy point-of-sale system that Buy It Right operates on. Understand ordering process and troubleshoot replenishment queries. Develop and deliver training programs and materials, including presentations or user guides.
