In this role you will have the opportunity to have a positive impact around the training of our volunteers.As a member of the Core Learning Team, you will contribute to the coordination of the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs that encourage, maintain and strengthen the capability of our volunteers – enhancing their role within the delivery of CFA services. Ideally you will also bring an understanding of contemporary-based training and development business practices.A TAE40116 certificate or equivalent, and a strong understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of an RTO will be crucial to your success in this role. You will be highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise multiple projects within budget, quality and time parameters.
