You will be working an 8/6 roster across multiple civil sites based in the Goldfields region.Role Description:Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency)Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipmentFurther Development of personnelCreating plans and delivering site training objectivesDeveloping retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activityPerform training activities and assessments for operators as requiredAssist the trainee in the knowledge of all of the Operating Procedures for the item of plant they are training onEquipment at peak:CAT:DozersGradersLoadersExcavatorsDump TrucksTo be successful you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessing - minimum TAE 116Current manual C Class driver's licenseExcavator experience ~200t +Previous experience operating and training on mobile plant machinerySpecific experience operating Caterpillar equipmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsIf your experience matches the above criteria, please apply.
