Trainer Assessor 7/7

Techforce Personnel are a national recruitment agency and project management firm specialising in blue & white collar recruitment across mining and resources, shutdowns, facilities maintenance, industrial services, civil construction and the oil and gas industries.We are currently seeking multiple Trainer Assessors to join our clients established team. Working a 7/7 dayshift roster, approximately 10 hours per day, local to Bunbury. The successful candidate will provide advice, training and assessment on mobile plant equipment in an open cut mining operation.Role Description: Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency) Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipment Further Development of personnel Creating plans and delivering site training objectives Developing retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity  Perform training activities and assessments for operators as required  Assist the trainee in the knowledge of all of the Operating Procedures for the item of plant they are training on Equipment on site;Dump Trucks - Komatsu / CatWater Carts - Komatsu / CatDozers - Cat / LiebherrGraders - CatLoaders - CatExcavators - Liebherr / O&K / KomatsuDrill - SandvikTo be successful you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessing - 116 minimum Cert IV Frontline Management Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a mining environment  Training & Assessment experience in heavy industry / mining  Specific experience operating Cat, Komatsu and Liebherr will be highly regarded MYOSH proficient e-Leaning systems experience Procedure development experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be local / residential to Bunbury or willing to relocate - no relocation assistance is provided If your experience matches the above criteria, please apply.
