About the Role: As a traffic project coordinator, this role will be strongly focused on the service delivery and quality management of key clients in the road and utility maintenance space. Joining an established and supportive traffic team, your role will include:
Developing appropriate TGS and TMPs according to site risk assessmentsSubmitting permit applications and liaising specifically with various authorities to gain approvals.Creating and managing various project registers and tracking project timeframes and milestones.Working closely with the client to develop and manage a detailed program of planned works to maximise efficiency and productivity.Liaising with internal operations team to ensure traffic control sites are implemented according to approvals and client expectations.Building and maintaining positive and cooperative relationships with client representatives and road authorities.Assisting the Traffic Manager with reporting on pre-requisite KPIs and improvement initiatives.Promoting the company culture and values.About You: You must be suitably qualified with at least 1 years industry experience in a similar role.Hold Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan qualification.Have strong computer skills and are proficient in the use of Invarion Rapid plan.Have a good understanding of the road network, various authorities and approval process.Be familiar with safety management systems, procedures, risk assessments and traffic management industry guidelines including TCAWS and AS 1742.3You are highly organised, a problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.Are a confident communicator - both verbal and written - with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and negotiate with authorities.Have excellent time management skills and are able to work to deadlinesHave high standards and are always thinking of ways to create higher operational excellence.About the Company: Retro Traffic is an industry leader and expert in the traffic management industry, operating in NSW for the last 30 years with genuine success and an enviable reputation.
