We are currently seeking a dedicated Practice Receptionist who provide the very important first contact with our patients.
You will need to have great customer service skills, the ability to show compassion and empathy, along with a high standard of administrative abilities.
You will provide excellent service to our patients in accordance with PRP Imaging's values and principles.
Your responsibilities will include: Reception and general administration duties Managing data entry, appointments and patient enquiries; Liaising with referring doctors; Operating our booking system; Performing other duties as required by management Essential Criteria: Previous experience in medical imaging or a related medical receptionist role would be an advantage; Computer Literacy Excellent interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy; Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism; Effective time management and organisation, to prioritise tasks; Team player and be able to work autonomously; Ambition to learn and be continually challenged.
