This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team at the Inner-City Health Program, based at the O'Brien Centre, where your contribution will directly impact the well-being of our clients and the quality of care we provide.

Your role will be key in making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, with a big focus on providing top-notch service and support.
Your day-to-day will involve: Creating a Positive First Impression: You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm and friendly welcome while ensuring the reception area is always inviting, organized, and professional.
Managing Communication Like a Pro: Juggling a high volume of phone calls and emails with ease, you'll be the go-to person for information, questions, and direction.
Your prompt, clear communication will help clients feel heard and valued every time.
Keeping Things Running Smoothly: From updating patient information systems to ensuring everything is in place behind the scenes, you'll be on top of the details that keep our service organized and efficient, all while aligning with our Networks Values.
Collaborating with Your Team: You'll be an integral part of a dynamic administration team, always ready to support your colleagues and contribute to the collective success of the team.
