About the role: As a Trade Specialist with Bunnings, you'll be joining our family of diverse, fun, and passionate team members. By working with our trade customers, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in relationship building, high volume inventory management, and logistics whilst being a key component of your warehouse's commercial growth. You can expect to manage a large portfolio of clients from residential builders to carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, whilst also building relationships with local organisations.

You'll have an interest in trade products and an understanding of how to drive sales within a retail environment. Experience in the industry is always a plus; however, we will give you all the skills you'll need and show you the ropes.
The Trade Specialist role offers an opportunity for further growth at Bunnings with multiple pathways available into areas such as Quoting, Account Management, Business Development, and many more.
You'll need: A genuine passion for sales and customer service To be able to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers An eagerness to learn about products and services Attention to detail with use of computer systems – email, quoting, CRM's Those with a current forklift licence encouraged to apply To act with integrity, be safe, and do your best Flexible availability from Monday-Friday Interested to apply? As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete a chat interview. This will take you just 20 minutes and will need to be completed within 24 hours of submitting your application. Once you've completed it, you'll receive a personality profile which will tell you a little bit more about yourself.
If successful, you will then be invited to complete a Video Interview. Don't worry, it's only 3 questions and should take you about 15 minutes to complete.
