About the role Join the Acratex team in an exciting opportunity to influence both internal business units and external key stakeholders to influence company growth that will be an integral part of the AcraTex business. This role will be one of true influence, where you can impact direct outcomes for both internal and external partners using your business skills and commercial acumen.
This role is responsible for optimising business profitability and market share through working collaboratively with all state-based trade-facing sales functions, including Commercial Account Managers, Architectural Specifiers, Builder BDM's,Project Managers, Key Commercials Trade Accounts and extended trade territory managers. This will include working with Project Engineers, presenting to key stakeholders, and working on market/builder influencers.

Responsibilities Responsible for commercial Acratex business engagement and development of the project pipeline – Tier 1-2Direct engagement with trade commercial customers, influencing sales involvement in the commercial new and repaint markets in SEQCoaching and motivating internal business units, sales executives, store owners and representativesProduct expertise and proactive education both internally and externally including ArchitectsDeveloping Acratex succession plans to drive staff engagement in the commercial painter/applicator marketSkills & Experience Previous Business Development experience ideally within coatings or substrate projects (preferably Texture Coatings)Flexibility to travel to areas of QLD, as requiredStrong CRM, IT systems and call planning experienceBudget and financial management skillsTechnical mindset, with the ability to provide solutionsStrong communication and contract negotiation skillsConfidence in the commercial building market and ability to learn new market segmentsWhy DuluxGroup?
