Business Development Manager - Inner North

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and be part of the company growth - work with a leading property management department and grow the asset base, and customer experience.
Our client is a well known super busy franchise in the inner north and they are looking for an experienced BDM to join their team to grow their rent roll. They have a strong market share and are looking for their next superstar to bring their BD experience to the table.
Responsibilities
Convert leads into new managements Prospect and hunt for new opportunities, both within the existing database and through your own effective networking Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
To be PROACTIVE this role is highly rewarding and we need someone HUNGRY & MOTIVATED! Previous experience within Real Estate - You could be working within Leasing, Property Management, Sales but the main thing is a willingness and track record in being proactive to deliver outstanding customer service in achieving goals Strong follow up skills The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment Team orientated Must be presentable Must have a driver's License and access to a car full time You must have an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate Services.
Base salary plus generous commission structure - there is real earning potential here.
