In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and distribution of medical staff rosters, ensuring seamless coverage for the Emergency Department, including both Training Medical Officers and Specialists.
Your keen organisational skills and proactive approach will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations across the department.As a key member of the team, you will provide valuable administrative support, contributing to the effective human resource management of the Emergency Department and its subspecialties.
Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring that medical staff are scheduled appropriately and operations run smoothly.
