We are excited to invite applications for Housekeeping Staff to join our team at our newly refurbished motel located in Warrnambool.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ensure rooms are prepared according to company specifications for guest arrivals.
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages.
Assist in the maintenance of hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
Uphold motel policies and procedures related to cleaning and customer service.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the motel.
Oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel.
Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and linens.
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
Perform Front office and hotel reception duties.
Maintain attendance records and rosters.
Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping management and hotel reception duties.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Attributes:
A reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude is essential.
Friendly and professional approach to both staff and guests.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
