We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a broad range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks and rooftiles.
The Opportunity Multiple positions available.
These roles are day shift, full time permenant (with being able to work both shift times of 5:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-5:30pm), Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will be required to have a mechanical aptitude, be keen to multi-skill, have good attendance and have a strong awareness and regard for safety.
Key Accountabilities This role is best suited for someone with a mechanical or technical background who enjoys working with machinery.
* Operating multiple machines * Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to 5S Standards in the work area * Executing Profile Changeovers * Quality Control checks * Fault finding * Recording data on quality sheets * Conducting oil level checks * Monitoring raw material feed and identifying/rejecting defective products * Overseeing the extrusion process to meet Monier standards * Providing training to new operators * Resetting and starting tile machines * Refilling sand bins as needed, with relevant certifications * Assisting in other roles when necessary * Ensuring cleanliness of recycle conveyors * Performing asset care in accordance with CSR PM Way standards * Upholding high standards of housekeeping About you * Demonstrated progressive experience in a production or process technical role in a similar industry (warehousing or large manufacturing environment) * A strong commitment to safety awareness * Willingness to learn and absorb new information and skills * Commitment to ongoing training and self-development * Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability * Be adaptable and flexible * Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team What is on offer * Part time permanent role * Career development opportunities and progression within CSR * Access to CSR's amazing employee benefits & discounts * Work with a long term established team that is friendly and supportive How to apply If this sounds like the next step in your career and you want to be part of an organisation that fosters a friendly work environment, whilst providing you with personal and career development - then apply now!
