As a Laundry Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of The Star Gold Coast property laundry facility, managing a hard-working team, implementing efficient processes to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

A few of your responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of laundry attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery Monitor and maintain cleaning standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally Embrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in laundry operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands What we can offer you:
