This senior position focuses on business development, serving as the primary contact for existing and potential enterprise clients. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, ensuring client happiness, and growing our client base. Your role will involve consistently delivering outstanding customer service, understanding and representing client needs, and establishing positive relationships to drive new and repeat business opportunities. This role combines sales, account management, and research, providing an outstanding opportunity to contribute to our success.Role / Responsibilities:Developing and implementing client acquisition, growth, and retention plans driven by a passion for financial gains and customer happiness.Successfully implementing exciting new offers to new client segments, fuelling our business growth and exploring new market opportunities.Acting as the face of the business, liaising with clients, and contributing innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions.Building and maintaining positive, ongoing client/account relationships.Reporting on successes and identifying areas for improvement.Promoting and presenting Kantar Profiles' products, services, innovations, and developments to meet client objectives.Providing comprehensive knowledge of Kantar Profiles' panel, feasibility, and pricing approach to clients, from project managers to CEOs.Ensuring value addition to research design in client briefs and delivering accurate proposals within agreed timescales.Communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and implementing appropriate methods to meet their objectives.Owning account relationships to ensure they remain productive and mutually beneficial, securing repeat business and achieving targeted revenues.Researching business opportunities for viable income streams to support the rapid growth of client demand.Successful Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience in selling within the market research industry.Proven track record to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.Skilled negotiation abilities, capable of mediating discussions, making concessions, and protecting interests.Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Eligibility to work in Australia.About Us: Kantar is the world's leading data, insights, and consulting company.
