We are on the lookout for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join PICA Group to support our NSW strata branches. Ideally based in Sydney, with the ability to support and work in various branches, in this role you will be tasked to build new client relationships and to drive new business. This role is pivotal to the success of our business and is considered a critical member of our strata branch network in NSW.
Reporting directly to the National Head of Business Development, as the Business Development Manager you will have direct accountability for:
Building relationships and developing referral networks to create a sales pipeline Delivering sales presentations and new business proposals to support the conversion of new business Promoting PICA Group management services to potential customers Demonstrating creativity and innovation in a way to engage with and attract potential customers Negotiating terms and contracts with new customers Working closely and in partnership with the branch manager network and frontline branch staff to help increase new business opportunities Delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers Developing and implementing sales plans and actions to meet and exceed sales budgets Being an active member of the branch network by attending branch meetings and forming relationships with branch personnel to leverage relationships and generate warm referrals Ensuring the Sales CRM (Salesforce) is accurately updated to ensure a transparent and efficient sales experience and appropriate tracking and reporting In this role you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, show off your exceptional time management skills, develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and work across multiple locations.
