Lovisa Opportunity: Defining and building all test documentations. Coordinating project manager on a timely manner. Liaising with stakeholders, application owners and SMEs successfully deliver projects. Coordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops for effective test planning and execution. Proactively manage stakeholders, priorities and competing projects Effectively define test Scope. Transparent and frequent project status update to Senior PM and Development lead. Takes responsibility of the project delivery quality. Analyse detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to develop testing strategies that reduce the risk of system outages and identify system defects. Manage the administration of testing scripts (including unit, integration, capacity, system, user acceptance and release) to maintain compatibility with existing applications, hardware and devices. Prepare and submit detailed test reports to describe testing outcomes and assist developers in the removal of defects. Improve software quality by advancing application development capability through the development of skills, processes and tools used to design build and test systems. Maintain the information, technology and communication (ICT) quality management policies and processes that drive improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. Test ICT processes for compliance against documented standards and provide input to improvement programs that enhance the quality of services to the business. Define and maintain test governance Define test team structure aligned with Lovisa business culture. Maintain support for quality assurance activities that align to quality experiences deliver effective testing outcomes against the pressures of time, cost, risk and quality which requires the application of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts. Ability to perform and manage end to end automated testing. Lovisa Loves : A can-do attitude with the following skills:
Proven experience in Retail, Supply Chain and ERP test management of at least 5 years. Mandatory knowledge to implement and execute automation testing to review system performance and regression test suit. Should be able to multi-task and work in multiple projects at the same time. Manage and foster QA practices. Hands-on experience with Lean, Agile & Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication and engagement skills Strong stakeholder management skills and delivery focus Experience in vendor management advantageous Design and develop systems to establish and measure accountabilities.
