Employment Type: B2B Responsibilities: Collaborate within a team of 4–6 members, including a dedicated product owner. Teams may be located in a single location or be geographically dispersed. Break down business requirements into stories and deliver each story iteratively to production. Provide integral product support, embracing our philosophy: "the team builds it, the team supports it." Identify and address areas of technical debt, maintaining a healthy balance between technical debt and new functionality. Design solutions for new items, ensuring adherence to technology guidelines and constraints. Engage in pair programming with other team members to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration. Demonstrate a continuous eagerness to learn and proactively seek help and guidance when needed. Skills & Experience We Require: Willingness to learn multiple programming languages. Demonstrable experience in Java. Working knowledge of Unix. Understanding of databases from a consumer perspective. Knowledge of HTTP APIs, such as RESTful APIs. Proficient communication skills in English for effective team collaboration.
