Test Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to lead the testing efforts for a critical project involving the development and implementation of a SAS Investigation Management System. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our products.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and business verification testing (BVT) for product releases.Conduct quality management and testing assurance activities, including the creation and review of test strategies, accessible test scripts, coverage matrices, and sign-off reports.Manage and support fraud teams in conducting UAT and BVT.Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all necessary environments and test cases are ready for testing.Track all testing activities, manage resources, and escalate defects, as necessary.Estimate effort and time requirements for testing activities.Essential Criteria:Proven experience in functional and user acceptance testing with a solid foundation in test skills across full lifecycle projects.Familiarity with defect investigation, isolation, and the importance of reliable defect reproduction.Strong understanding of test process documentation and the feedback loop to management.Comprehensive grasp of the test lifecycle within the development lifecycle.Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving issues.Desirable Criteria:Knowledge of SAS products, particularly SAS IMS.Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.Effective team collaboration abilities.This role offers a chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic team.
