Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As a Communications Manager, you are accountable for:The effectiveness of the change communication strategies in delivering various programs or initiativesDelivering coordination and delivery of communication activities in support of change and special project initiativesMonitoring the sequencing of change communications to manage reputation risk and issues, escalating to Senior Manager, Change & Project Communications when requiredSupporting the continuous improvement of processes aligned to strategic narrative of the divisionThe effective use of regular enterprise communication channels such as all-staff webcasts, open mics, Weekly Wraps, roadshows in support of change programs or initiativesTimely escalation of risks and issues to the Senior Manager, Change & Project CommunicationsStaying in touch with best practice and emerging ideas on change communicationsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Strategic thinking: outcomes focused, displays business acumen, strong problem-solving capability, creative in finding solutionsBroadens perspective: strong on maintaining situational awareness, looks ahead for obstacles and opportunities, and curious about new information and diverse perspectivesExercises sound judgement: makes sound and timely decisions, calm under pressureProject management: ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant communications plans and strategies (incl. digital and social)Strong stakeholder management and influencing skillsWriting: strong writer and editor in multiple styles and for a broad range of channels and situationsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
