Territory Manager Urology NSW North (m/f/d) ResponsibilitiesPrepare yearly sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities within a defined territory and continue to pursue and refine them regularly.Build excellent customer relationships, follow through on customer commitments and requests within agreed timeframes, and impart product knowledge and detailed technical information.Ensure all administration is managed effectively including CRM System management, Product Training, Expenses, and Demo equipment.Conduct regular territory reviews with sales management in conjunction with the Sales Manager and provide a monthly activity/sales report.Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, and CTEC (Clinical Training & Evaluation Centre) workshops which will at times be of a sensitive nature (for example cadaver workshops).Collaborate and work effectively in a team to ensure the success of the NSW/ACT team and the greater KARL STORZ Company.Your TalentsA Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related discipline highly desirable.Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices or clinical environment highly desirable.The ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products.The ability to both acquire and develop new business opportunities.A strong commitment to sell the Company's products and achieve company objectives is essential.Committed to working professionally and ethically at all times.Proactive self-management in owning your business and driving results.Demonstrated ability in planning and execution of sales and territory plans.A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia essential.BenefitsLeave Benefits (Annual Leave, Personal Leave, Parental Leave, etc.)Transport Allowance (if applicable to role)Onsite ParkingAccessibility to Public TransportFlexible Work ArrangementsWellness Programs and ActivitiesProfessional Development OpportunitiesGlobal Exposure & Business Travel Opportunities (if applicable to role)
