Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.Chance to make a significant impact during a critical time for our company.To apply:
