About the roleReporting to the National Technical Training Manager, you will be responsible for design and delivery of Liebherr certified technical training curriculum to Liebherr employees and our customers, ensuring quality standards and statutory obligations are met and maintained.
DutiesFace-to-Face and Virtual delivery of high-quality technical training on Liebherr mining equipment, including electrified and autonomous equipmentEnsure own technical skills are current and adequately address future technology requirementsProactively seek out opportunities for internal and external customer trainingReports prepared and distributedCo-ordination with internal customers to deliver required technical trainingIs a positive contributor to team projects and maintains focus on the business and customers outcomesActively participate in quality audits and assessmentsDevelop, maintain and update training programs and documents as requiredTravel for this job is essentialSkills & ExperienceAbout you
Have a passion for teaching, curious about future technologies and willingness to learnExperience facilitating technical training and familiar with adult learning methodsAbility to identify opportunity/risk, propose solutions and take actionEssential skills and experience
