May manage a team either directly or indirectly.This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages assigned programs, to include: exercise planning, cost management, resource allocation, preparation of equipment, deployment of assets to training areas. Ensures programs are delivered on time and within budgetEnsures any exercise risks are appropriately managedMaintains records in line with documentation control methodsMentors, trains, and develops staff to ensure high performance.
