You'll play a vital role in providing accurate and efficient technical support, ensuring a positive experience with our products.Where You Come In:You are responsible for providing customers with accurate technical support and ensuring a positive experience.You achieve comprehensive knowledge of Diabetes and all supported products.You communicate technical information to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting steps.You understand and identify customer needs, providing effective solutions via phone or email.You document all customer interactions into CRM and internal systems, ensuring thorough records.You complete and submit complaints to manufacturers, ensuring customer feedback is heard.You go the extra mile to maintain the company's reputation for exceptional customer support.What Makes You Successful:Qualifications and previous experience in the medical industry are preferred but not required.You are proficient in navigating the latest technology, including Apps, Smart Watches, and major smartphone models.You maintain a positive attitude towards work and derive genuine satisfaction from helping people.You build strong relationships with customers, peers, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.You understand the significance of our roles in improving the lives of those living with Diabetes.What you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
