About the Role: As a Technical Sales Representative, you would be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in industries like mining, manufacturing, and power generation.
Your role would involve understanding the technical aspects of our clients' product and service offerings, such as high-pressure water cleaning, protective coatings, and equipment refurbishments, to effectively communicate these benefits to potential and existing clients.
Key responsibilities could include: Sales and Business Development : Identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs, and closing sales that align with our clients' services.
Technical Consultation : Working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and providing technical insights.
Client Relationship Management : Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify additional service needs or opportunities for growth.
Proposal Development : Preparing detailed proposals and quotations that reflect an understanding of the client's technical requirements and budgetary constraints.
Collaboration with Internal Teams : Coordinating with engineering and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer specifications.
