Our client is a rapidly growing landscaping services provider offering solutions for residential projects across the Greater Brisbane area. As the company is growing, they are currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their Brisbane team to drive business growth.The RoleAn opportunity is now available to join the Brisbane team as a Technical Sales Manager.Responsibilities will be (and not limited to):Manage the end-to-end estimation process for all residential landscape projects (paving, decking, stonework, fencing, etc.)Client & site visits to develop a plan for their projectPrepare quote proposals with detailed briefs, scope of works, & deliverablesConduct site inspections during pre, during, & post project completionLiaise directly with clients, designers, architects, builders, & project managersWork with the director in marketing to hunt/pursue new contracts & relationships Negotiating with suppliers & subcontractorsKeeping pricing database up to date with pricing for materialsThe CandidateThe successful applicant should have the following skills/experience/qualities:Previous experience in similar role of landscape/construction estimating Strong understanding of construction and estimating principles, knowledge of construction/landscaping building codesAbility to write full scope of works based around residential landscapingDriver's licenseProficient computer skills with experience with estimating softwareGreat interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal)What our client offers:Highly competitive salary packageCompany carSupportive Management team "OPENING THE GATEWAY BETWEEN TALENT & OPPORTUNITY" If you would like to look at our other unlisted roles, you can find them at: https://gatewaysynergy.com.au/careers/ You must submit a CV on application prior to a phone call and be prepared to sign a nondisclosure. 0482 074 845 Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
