MCR are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing exceptional service across a variety of critical sectors.
Job ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an established portfolio of clients, spanning sectors such as healthcare, mining, and other technical facilities. Ensure exceptional service delivery and address any issues promptly.Project Oversight: Regularly engage with clients to review project progression, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. Act as a key liaison throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.Maintenance: Oversee maintenance services for a variety of HVAC and cooling products. Identify and pursue opportunities to offer additional services that enhance client value and satisfaction.Design Coordination: Work closely with clients and design team to interpret and translate design briefs into technical specifications. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the design process.Cost Engineering: Provide detailed cost analysis and engineering support to ensure projects remain within budget while meeting client requirements.Consultant Engagement: Collaborate with consultants to promote and discuss HVAC products, offering technical insights and solutions to meet their specific needs.RequirementsThis role requires a proactive professional with a strong technical background in HVAC systems, including cooling systems.Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.Trade background or Mechanical Engineering degree (either is suitable).Strong written and verbal communication essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
