The role: You will join a team of technical recruiters who work with our technologists and business teams to source and hire top talent across our organisation.
Beyond sourcing and hiring, we partner with managers and interviewers throughout the entire recruiting process.
You will work directly with managers to identify and source qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements.
Your efforts will impact our business, hiring strategy, technology branding initiatives, and andidate relationships and pipelines.
Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.
If you join us, you will be: Partnering with Technology Managers and recruiters to drive the development of sourcing pipelines for high-impact roles Be a strategic partner for our business and a subject matter expert on recruiting and hiring processes as well as market, industry and candidate trends Build your network and develop relationships with prospective candidates to build their interest in current or future opportunities with Susquehanna Researching competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent Measuring success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and making recommendations for change based on your findings Developing relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness Working with our Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialists on targeted campaigns to attract high caliber candidates What we're looking for Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting technical roles is a must, and if you've recruited in the development space that's a great advantage, however not essential Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously Demonstrated the ability to drive data driven recruiting outcomes such as the ability to infuence through providing sourcing data and market data is desirable The ability to develop and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the experience is always at the forefront of what we do Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Susquehanna is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
