The role:
You will join a team of technical recruiters who work with our technologists and business teams to source and hire top talent across our organisation. Beyond sourcing and hiring, we partner with managers and interviewers throughout the entire recruiting process. You will work directly with managers to identify and source qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements. Your efforts will impact our business, hiring strategy, technology branding initiatives, and candidate relationships and pipelines. Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.
If you join us, you will be:
Partnering with Business Operations managers and recruiters to drive the development of sourcing pipelines for high-impact roles
Be a strategic partner for our business and a subject matter expert on recruiting and hiring process as well as market, industry and candidate trends
Building your network and developing relationships with prospective candidates to build their interest in current or future opportunities with SIG
Researching competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
Measuring success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and making recommendations for change based on your findings
Developing relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness
Working with our Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialists on targeted campaigns to attract high caliber candidates
What we're looking for
Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
Experience recruiting technical, business and or operations roles is a must
Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates
Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously
Demonstrated recruiting experience, including sourcing, developing candidate relationships and interviewing, required
Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships is key to success in this role
