Join a transformation team dedicated to the digital uplift across multiple areas of the organisation.
We are looking to onboard an experienced Project Manager to lead this ground-up project from the conceptual phase through planning, design, development, testing, deployment, post-deployment and project closure.
Your objective will be to work closely with dedicated project SMEs from the People & Culture team, vendors, internal stakeholders, and change managers to ensure a well-run project for implementing a new HRMIS.
What you will bring to the role Your prior experience working within human resources/people & culture operationsYour proven success in project managing a software solution implementation/deployment in this field, e.g. HRMIS, HCM, TMS, Workforce Management, Workforce Optimisation, HR Tech, HRIS, People Analytics, Employee Experience, People OperationsYour high emotional intelligence and self-awarenessYour ability to work autonomously and collaborativelyYour comfort zone with change and working with teams going through rapid changeWhat the client has to offer Significant opportunities for growth and driving positive change
