The Position: Due to continued growth, the RSGx team in Western Australia have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding organization who are currently engaged on a number of projects across the mining and oil and gas sectors.
This is a FIFO role with an attractive 2:1 roster plus competitive remuneration package. Duties will include: Ensuring all HSEQ requirements are implemented and complied with on siteEstablish project budget and manage forecast expenditure to achieve completion within budget.Managing the project from initial site setup to completionCoordinating supplier and subcontractor engagement and contractsEnsuring effective cost control and efficient running of the projectProject progress reporting and conducting weekly meetingsLiaising closely with the client and ensuring project runs to programOverseeing all operations on siteManaging and maintaining positive working relationships with the client, project team, suppliers and subcontractors Successful candidates will possess: Essential: Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and QualityExtensive experience in the delivery of OHPL projectsExtensive experience in all aspects of on-site constructionTraining and experience in managing on-site safety and personnel issuesHigh focus on ensuring that all aspects of the project is performed safelyProven project experience and ability to work autonomouslyAt least 5 years' experience in a similar roleWell-developed negotiation and problem-solving skillsProven ability to lead, mentor and manage project teams Highly desirable: Ability to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawingsDemonstrated knowledge of mining construction practices and proceduresRemote project and FIFO experience If successful, you will find yourself working within an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team environment, with a great focus on stability, and career development.
