Project Controls Coordinator

Ventia are seeking applications for an attention detailed Project Controls Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations on our Defence Base Services (DBS) Contract. The position will be working within our Project Management Office (PMO) team to assist in delivery across the DBS contract.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our East Perth Office, with future flexible working opportunities and would ideally suit a Graduate with 1-2 years of experience.
Key duties, but not limited to:Validate the funding received to ensure it is correct and query back to the relevant department.Ensure timely billing to defence for all the projects progressed during the month.Update Proposal and Project trackers to ensure all details are captured for reporting.Identify and/or contribute to the review and development of process improvements.100% commitment to protecting sensitive information and ensuring all services adhere to security, compliance, and legislative requirements.Skills & experience:Previous experience in a Project Controls role or similar with Defence sector experience, desirable.Strong ability to prioritise work and deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn and use Power Bi.Knowledge of SAP, Ariba or SharePoint, will be highly regarded.About VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
