Key deliverables include requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals/deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budget, and implementation. Management of projects in accordance with the ResMed Quality Management System (QMS). Working with internal and external groups, suppliers, and other organizations as part of the delivery of the software system, including a focus on integration and test activities.Let's talk about ResponsibilitiesThe primary objective of Technical Program Manager II specialization is to facilitate project and program level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive continuous improvement across the projects and programs.Key responsibilities include: defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; overcoming resource constraints; managing risk and issues; identification of intra-project timing and dependencies; leadership, coaching, and mentoring teams to meet and exceed commitments; organizing and facilitating project status or agile ceremonies; preparing progress reports and communications for stakeholders.Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.
