About the role
In this role you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service throughout the motor claims process. Duties include but are not limited to:
Delivery of excellent customer service, via phones and online mediums. Obtain complete and accurate information regarding the circumstances of the claim by utilising effective communication skills. Use of effective analysis and decision-making skills to assess relevant information relating to the acceptance of motor claims. Provide correct and timely information to resolve customer queries. Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints. Assist customers throughout the claims process, setting realistic expectations and providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records and database. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate the progress and completion of the claim. Liaise with repairers and other external stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of claims. Maintain a sound knowledge of company processes, systems, products and brands. What you will bring:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, either within retail, hospitality, contact centre or reception. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with no two days the same! A resilient and mature personality - you will be handling sensitive information and dealing with people in difficult situations. Strong organisational skills and attention-to-detail. A desire to constantly learn and develop! What's on offer: Salary package of $79,000 annually. Monthly bonuses of up to $1000 available. Full-time, permanent role.
