Business Analyst

Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Our client is a national leader within the insurance space.
They are searching for a Business Analyst to join their Brisbane team.You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across the business.
The role will be predominantly focused on new and exciting projects throughout the business.
Day to day you will be formulating system requirements, developing system plans and documentation, reviewing and evaluating existing systems, and designing systems to meet business needs.
ResponsibilitiesManage business stakeholders and develop strong relationshipsCommunicate with influence to gather requirements and facilitate outcomesAnalyse problems, identify priorities, and provide sound solutions and feedbackReview incoming enhancements for feasibility, estimated work content and urgencyAnalyse, design, specify, implement and monitor the necessary tasks to provide outcomesDeliver high standard business requirements including keeping documentation currentProvide support and work closely with application developers to get an outcome that fully meets the customer's needsSkills5+ years experience as a Business AnalystExperience working on software applicationsMust have hands-on experience performing UAT testingA tertiary qualification in IT is highly desirableStrong written and verbal communicationStrong customer focus, service ethic and commitment to excellenceDemonstrated high-level problem-solving skillsThis role is based in Brisbane and will be working full time onsite for the first 6 months.
