Responsibilities Develop and execute the Acratex Research and Development (R&D) roadmap and innovation pipeline that supports the overall Acratex strategy, ensuring it is linked to market trends and consumer insights Ensure the team is developing strong technical, statistical and formulation science capabilities to drive leading edge innovation capability Lead the development and introduction of innovative new products, product refinements that provide competitive advantage Deliver to regulatory requirements and product stewardship standards Maintain a safe working environment and demonstrate inclusive leadership Skills & Experience BSc Degree with 10 years plus experience or PhD with at least 7 years of significant experience in an appropriate scientific or formulation role Ideally have previous industrial experience in the Render, Texture Membrane system coatings market, or related industry, to provide technology subject matter expertise in meetings and presentations A comprehensive understanding of industry practices and standards with respect to Texture coatings and building substrates ie AAC, Fibre Cement Sheet, Polystyrene etc A sound background, and know-how, in formulation science and the principles and practices of chemistry Experience in fostering new and existing internal and external technology partnerships Why DuluxGroup?
