Restaurant Manager

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2 years hospitality management experience and relevant education background. In this position you will work closely with other area managers and staff in a dynamic team.Key areas of responsibility are:Providing excellent customer serviceFull restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functionsEmploying and training new staffsScheduling and wage targetsManaging and supervising staffsLiaising with suppliersHelp improve performance and productivityComply with health regulationsAssist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaignsAssist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menusMonitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholdersWe operate a constantly growing and expanding business, the management role is an ever evolving and developing role, supporting the other managers and the owners.You have a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service and working to achieve goals.
