We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Technical Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our customers through remote support and troubleshooting on the latest mobility and traceability hardware and software.
This role will work within our Technical Services team providing support on daily operational processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to customers efficiently.Diagnose and provide troubleshooting support related to Insignia products encompassing a wide range of home electronics, smart devices, and appliances.Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and problem resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation.Collaborate closely with the technical services team to resolve customer problems.Stay up to date with product offerings and technical specifications to deliver accurate and practical support.Escalate advanced technical issues to specialised teams when necessary.About You Proven experience in a customer support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.Exceptional problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.A customer-focused approach when assisting individuals with technical difficulties.Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software is advantageous.What We Offer A competitive salary package to be negotiated with the right candidate.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Company events and incentives.A health and wellbeing program so you feel supported to be at your best.Training and development opportunities.Why Work at Insignia?
