We are seeking highly qualified Customer Service Manager to join our success-driven team at our Meltrac Machinery Branch in Terang, Vic on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and review policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services providedMaintain good customer relationshipsOversee and assist with customer queries and concernsOversee and assist with the day-to-day customer service function including phone and email supportProcess customer and supplier invoices (recipient created) using company specific softwareProvide customer summaries and reports using company specific software and excelProvide efficient business–focused customer services and respond proactively to verbal and written enquiries, in an accurate and timely manner.Liaise with other organisational units, service agents, contractors, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectationsMaintain business recordsPlan and implement after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services providedAccount reconciliationsEnsure the company's policies, procedures and standards are adhered toReport and collaborate with senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliersTo be considered for this role, you must have
