We are now inviting applications from interested candidates for a Customer Service Administrator position, based in Derrimut, VIC.
This position is responsible for all facets of customer service, from processing customer orders to finalizing customer orders through invoicing. Responsibilities include maintaining backorders, forward orders, special requirement orders, liaising with customers as well as the relevant sales representative, handling credits, corrections, new customer setup and maintenance, data entry, stock transfers, as well as consignment stock invoicing and reconciling. The position will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor - VIC.
Job description Accurate entry of customer orders Maintaining accurate pricing on all customer orders including but not limited to special pricing Prepare Daily/Weekly invoicing Answering and acting upon all incoming calls Open, accurate and professional communication to both internal and external customers Maintaining orders in Released, Partially Delivered, Delivered status with the view to convert to Invoiced status Respond to all customer enquiries/issues/complaints Maintain accurate customer pricing Ensure open and professional communication across relevant departments internally to ensure maintenance of customer accounts and any outstanding orders General Administration duties as directed Qualifications 1-3 years experience in Administration would be advantageous Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
