You'll love the good you can do here: your combined leadership and business reporting experience will enable us to uplift the way we support our customers in financial difficulty.As the Team Manager Reporting in our Mortgage Help Centre you'll make an impact by:Leading a small team: Create a high-performance team and culture, drive a high level of attention to detail and ensure all risks or shortcomings are identified with a "No surprises" team philosophy. Provide regular feedback and manage performance.Building out and improving our suite of tools and reporting that will assist the business with performance and Customer outcomes oversight, to ensure we are supporting our customer and risk management strategies.Providing ongoing upskilling to ensure your team can provide insightful and accurate data analysis and reporting.Implementing appropriate quality control processes to ensure the integrity of risk information and reports.This is a permanent full-time position.
