About the role
We are seeking a Psychology Team Manager to:
Provide client driven, evidence-based therapy services to clients in their home and community environments, focusing on their personal goal attainmentProvide therapy services either individually or as a member of an inter-disciplinary teamLiaise with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA- related entities, family members, educational staff, and community members to provide individualised support plansEnsure compliance to time frames and protocols for note taking, reports and invoicing for the team is metInternal / external professional development agenda for all staffCommunicate and celebrate the team and the team's achievementsConsumer engagement, stake holder feedback, NPS system and dispute resolutionCreate, promote, and enhance an organizational culture based on the company valuesAbout You May be a provisional Psychologist or registered Psychologist with leadership qualities whom we will support and train into leadership.Or a provisional Psychologist or registered Psychologist with experience in management.Behaviour Support Practitioner registration and is experience is desirableAre passionate about empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to be their best. No seriously!You are a good coach and like finding ways to bring teams together to get the best result. Current unrestricted driver's license with access to own vehicle.
